If your toilet isn't flushing properly, there may be a simple clog obstructing the pipe. Check for a clog and if necessary, use a plunger to remove the debris from the toilet basin.

If you lose electrical power in your rental home, there may be localized outages on the grid or perhaps a billing issue with your account. Contact your utility provider to determine what is causing the outage. Should you need assistance on our part, let us know.

If you don't have hot water in your rental home, locate the water heater and check the settings on the tank. Does everything look accurate? If you have a gas-powered unit, make certain the pilot light is lit.

If you make any changes to the settings on your tank, please wait at least 20 minutes before testing the water again, as this will give the heater time to function.

If your heating or air conditioning doesn't seem to be working properly, use the central thermostat in your rental home to troubleshoot the issue. Make sure the system is on and the temperature is correctly set.
