Owner / Property Manager

Linda started her career in real estate as a residential real estate appraiser back in 2004, then later became a Realtor Consultant. As she worked with more clients, it then made sense to offer a full set of services to include Property Management.

During and in between that time she also flipped homes giving her a lot of experience in working with design,construction, different vendors. Because of all her experience in real estate and appraising, she understands all of the details and nuances involved in today’s complex real estate processes. Linda approaches her work with each client as a counselor and consultant providing current up to date information on housing and professional advice so that you can make the best-informed decision.
